高地应力煤巷掘进梯形支架优化设计

摘    要:淮南矿业集团谢一矿4271B11b工作面煤层顶板为含煤复合顶板,易离层垮冒,煤巷掘进采用梯形金属支架进行支护时经常性导致金属支架弯曲变形,损坏严重,巷道维护困难,前掘后修的现象很普遍。通过充分发挥传统棚式支护潜力,采用梯形工字钢对棚支护,较好地抵抗了高地应力,取得了较好的支护效果。

Abstract:The coal roof of Face 4271B11b of No.1 coal mine in Xiejiaji is a coal compound one,which is easy to collapse.Using trapezoidal metal stents to support in tunneling frequently leads to the deformation of mental stents and severe damage,which is hard to maintain the tunnel.This paper puts forward an effective way to resist high crustal stress and get a better supporting function by fully using the advantages of the traditional studio-style support and new trapezoidal I-beam support.
