| 摘 要： | 西部文化产业发展既有文化资源丰富、产业经济增长点多等优势，也有产业基础薄弱、产业集约化程度不高、人才缺乏且利用效率较低的劣势；既面临世界文化交流日益频繁、文化产业的迅猛发展和文化市场的强烈需求、西部大开发战略的实施的机遇，也面对优势的转化效果、核心竞争力的形成等挑战。西部地区发展文化产业，应围绕内容产业打造核心竞争力，在竞-合关系中完成优势的转化，文化资源整合方式“文化”化。

| Abstract: | The development of cultural industry of West China has such advantages as rich cultural resources and more economic growth points, and in the meantime, it is also faced with disadvantages like weak economic and industrial basis, low level of industrial intension, lack of human resources and its low efficiency. It not only has to meet the strong demands of frequent international cultural communication, the rapid development of cultural industries and the cultural market, and the opportunities brought about by the western development strategy, but also the effect of advantage transformation and the formation of core competitive power. To develop cultural industries in West China, it is necessary to build up competitive power revolving around content industry, to complete the transformation of advantages and cultural resources integration. |
