| 摘 要： | 本文详细说明了目前高校图书馆读者服务工作中出现的信息不对称现象,从图书馆和读者两方面分析了原因。并提出图书馆应借鉴网络社区的开放互动性、个性化、协作共享等优势,构建出具有图书馆特色的网络社区,以提高读者对图书馆的粘度,实现信息不对称现象的有效降低。

| Abstract: | This article described the phenomenon of information asymmetry in the College Library Service,analyzed the cause from the two aspects of the libraries and the readers.And put forward that the library should use the advantages of network community:open interactive,personalized,share collaboration and so on.The library should build a library online community to improve the viscosity of readers to the library,effectively reduce information asymmetry. |
