| 摘 要： | 采用献资料、教学实验、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对高校开展体育心理健康教育的途径进行了比较分析，结果证明：良好的体育学习心理教育，优良的个性心理品质教育，情绪调控教育，良好的社会适应教育，轻度心理困扰、心理障碍的自我疗治教育是高校开展体育心理健康教育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | P.E has its unique functions such as its indomitable will,calmness,death-defying spirit,cooperation and other fine qualities,which can all be seen in sports activities consciously and unconsciously.For this reason,we should design situations for sports activities purposefully,try to promote students' physical health by various activities,and improve their psychological development and social adaptability.Promoting the student's body and mind to develop in a harmonious and healthy way can give full play to the regulating functions of sports activities to university students' psychological health. |
