| 摘 要： | 在钦州师专基础上建立钦州学院,是广西沿海边境地区经济社会发展和融入东盟自由贸易区的需要,是优化广西高等院校布局结构调整的需要,是促进广西沿海边境地区基础教育健康快速持续发展的需要。钦州市党委、政府的重视,部门协作,社会各界的支持,为钦州学院的建立提供了有力的保障和良好的社会环境;钦州师专执着追求,开拓进取,加快发展,增强办学实力,确保了升格为本科院校的成功。钦州学院的建立为钦州的高等教育搭建了一个新的更高的平台,钦州学院的使命还有待在办学的实践中去完成。

| Abstract: | Founding QinZhou College on the basis of QinZhou Teachers College is the need for developing economy and society of Guangxi coastal areas and boarder and entering into the ASEAN Free-trade Zone,is the need of optimizing the structure adjustment of Guangxi colleges and universities,is the need of promoting the reasonable and sustainable development of the basic education of Guangxi coastal and boarder minority regions.And in fact,the attention for Qinzhou CPC Committee and the government,the co-operation from all fields,the support from the society are the powerful regards and the wonderful social setting for the founding of QinZhou College;the long-time seeking,promoting and developing of QinZhou Teachers College are increasing the strength and safeguarding the success of the undergraduate promotion.The founding of QinZhou College must set up a new huge platform of Qinzhou's higher education.And of course,the great task of how to build QinZhou College well would be accomplished in its practice of school running. |
