| 摘 要： | 高职教育对我国经济社会的成功转型意义十分重大。高素质的高职教师队伍是提高高职教育质量的关键。加强高职院校教师队伍建设,可以从做好新教师的选聘工作、构建合理的培训学习体系、以科研促进教学以及制定完善的考核评估体系这几方面入手,吸引高素质人才,充分调动教师的工作积极性,最终促进教师的专业发展。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational education is very important to successful transition of society of our country economy. High-quality vocational teachers are the key to improve the quality of higher vocational education. To strengthen the construction of teachers, from hiring new teachers, constructing reasonable training system, promoting teaching by scientific research and establishing perfect evaluation system, we can attract high-quality personnel, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers, finally. |
