起重机械事故分析与风险控制探讨

摘    要:随着起重机械应用得比较频繁,起重机械在进行作业的过程中,发生伤亡事故的情况也屡见不鲜。根据2013年不完全数据统计显示,我国各省市、地区发生起重机械事故伤亡的有1000多起。文章分析了起重机械常见的起重机械重物的坠落导致砸伤人事故、起重机械整机倾翻导致伤亡事故、起重机械挤压碰撞导致伤亡事故、人员从高空中坠落导致伤亡事故等事故原因,探讨采取加大对起重机械的监管力度严把监管关、定期开展检验消除安全隐患关、规范施工作业关以及加强安全技术培训教育等措施来控制事故风险。

Discussion of lifting machinery accident analysis and risk control
Abstract:With the application of relatively frequent lifting machinery ,lifting machinery in the process of carrying out the job,casualties are not uncommon occurrence.According to 2013 statistics show incomplete data, China's provinces, regions lifting machinery accident occurred more than 1,000 casualties. This article analyzes the lifting machinery common cause falling heavy lifting machinery accident injured person ,lifting machinery machine tipping cause casualties, cranes squeeze collision resulted in injury or death, cause of the accident resulting in injury or death and other personnel fall from high altitude. Discussion taken to increase the lifting machinery strict supervision of customs supervision, regular inspection to eliminate safety hazards related standardize the construction work related technical training and education, strengthen security measures to control the risk of accidents.
