摘    要:社会转型、高校扩招和高校毕业生就业制度的改革,使我国大学毕业生就业难问题逐年凸显。面对日趋严峻的就业形势,身处民族地区的贫困大学生显得更加脆弱,在愈演愈烈的就业竞争环境中更容易陷入多种困境。关注民族地区贫困大学生就业,就必须关注民族地区贫困大学生的就业竞争能力,找出其就业竞争能力存在的问题,探究影响就业竞争力提升的因素,从而为民族地区贫困大学摆脱就业困境、顺利就业提供有益借鉴。

Exist problems and reason analysis of employability and competitiveness of poor students in ethnic areas
Abstract:Reform of social transformation, college enrollment and college graduates employment system, so that our university graduates each year to highlight the difficult problem, faced with increasingly severe employment situation, language minority areas of poor students even more vulnerable. Intensified competition for jobs in the environment more vulnerable to a variety of difficulties, concerned about the poor students in Ethnic Areas of employment, competitiveness must be concerned about the employment of poor students in Ethnic Areas, find out the employment problems of competitiveness. Explore the impact of factors that enhance the employability and competitiveness. The plights of the poor in order to get rid of the University of Employment Minority Areas, the successful employment provide a useful reference.
