摘    要:新时代的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,一个单位(企业)的核心竞争力就是人才的竞争,进而职工的素质决定了单位(企业)的素质,员工的能力决定了单位(企业)的发展方向。职工教育是提高职工素质与能力的最有效途径,也将决定一个单位(企业)的命运与前途。如何做到职工教育与现代社会融合是一个非常值得探讨的课题,有效的融合将实现教育功效最大化。

Multi-mode modern worker education and social development--Introduction to current situation and trend of development of the modern science venues
Abstract:New era of competition in the final analysis is the talent competition, the core of unit (enterprises) competitiveness is the talent competition, and the worker's quality determines the quality of the units (enterprises), the ability of employees determines the development direction of the units (enterprises). Worker education is the most effective way to improve staff quality and ability, also will decide the fate of units (enterprises) and the future. How to do the worker education and modern social integration is a very concern of this paper, the effective integration will maximize education effect.
