摘    要:以(NH2)2S2O3/NaHSO3为氧化一还原引发体系,在较低温度下实现了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(MMA-BA)微乳液聚合,讨论了反应温度、引发剂浓度配比对转化率的影响,利用红外光谱(FTIR)分析了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚物结构,激光光散射仪测试了微乳液的粒径及其分布,并对共聚物胶膜的耐水性、吸水性等性能进行了测试。

Abstract:We synthesized the microemulsion copolymerization of siliconmodified acrylate initiated by redox initiator(NH_2)_2S_2O_8/NaHSO_3.We probed into the effect of reaction temperature on the conversion versus time,and studied the effect of oxidizer-reducer ratio on the conversion versus time.Furthermore,we investigated the structure of copolymer with FTIR,and measured the particle size and distribution of the microemulsion with Brookhaven BI-200SM Goniometer.The result shows that copolymerision can be proceeded at a lower temperature and silicon-modified acrylate copolymers possess excellent water resistance.
