| 摘 要： | 运用文献，调查访问等方法对部分高校《体育与健康课程标准》（以下简称《标准》）实施情况进行了解。研究发现改革后的教学内容、教学方法、教学评价、课程理念、课程目标，在吸收传统教学经验的同时有很大创新，同时也为我国的体育教育事业开创了一条新思路。
