| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料搜集,对高校高水平运动队管理方面的文献进行归纳总结,结合专家访谈意见得出：运动员和教练员的管理是高校运动队人力资源管理的核心,运动员的选材、训练管理,教练员的培养与招聘问题是问题的重点。应该建立统一的运动员选材标准与赏罚制度,教练员招募做到校内与校外相结合,建立教练员评价标准与激励机制。
