| 摘 要： | 汉代黄河屡次决口兖州附近河段,除了与当地土质疏松、河道复杂有关外,最主要因素是：当时的决策者、河道治理的指挥者、治河制度的不完善程度以及国家财政的支持力度。只有这四方面同时满足并有机结合,才能彻底治理好黄河水患,使黄河造福人民。

| Abstract: | The reasons why the Yellow River near Yanzhou city burst repeatedly can contribute to the local loose soil structure the complex river course,but the most important factors are due to policy-makers at the time,the imperfect river management system,and to lack of state financial support.So,only the four factors mentioned above are put together to consider can the Yellow River floods be restrained and can the Yellow River benefit the Chinese people. |
