摘    要:为促进港口向低碳、高效的目标迈进,并兼顾港口自身发展及其社会责任,从能源消耗、碳排放和成本控制等3个角度出发,建立港口节能减排建设方案多目标优化模型.将模型运用到连云港港口节能减排项目的优化与分析中,利用GAMS软件进行模型求解,得到综合效益最优时项目的建设时序和规模.结果表明:建设期结束后,该方法可使连云港港口每年节省标准煤6 526.64 t,减少CO2 排放39 390.22 t,获得4 922.38万元的节能减排综合效益;运营两年后即可收回建设成本.

Multi-objective optimization of energy conservation and emission reduction construction projects in ports based on GAMS

Abstract:In order to make ports become low carbon and efficient, taking into account their own development and social responsibility of ports, a multi objective optimization model of port energy conservation and emission reduction construction projects is established from three perspectives of energy consumption, carbon emission and cost control. The model is applied to the optimization and analysis of energy conservation and emission reduction projects in Lianyungang Port, the GAMS software is used to solve the model, and the construction sequence and scale of projects with the optimal comprehensive benefit are obtained. The results show that: the method can make Lianyungang Port save standard coal 6 526.64 t, reduce CO2 emission 39 390.22 t and obtain energy conservation and emission reduction comprehensive benefit 49.223 8 million yuan each year after the construction period; the construction costs of ports can be recovered after two years of operation.
