| 摘 要： | 公共信息服务平台是国家创新系统的组成部分,是建设创新型国家和实现自主创新的重要保证.本文在分析我国公共信息服务平台跨系统资源整合的实践基础上,结合欧美各国公共信息服务平台基于知识协同的发展启示,提出了面向协同创新的公共信息服务平台的构建模型、技术实现方式和基于创新价值链的服务组织.
