| 摘 要： | 实行社区矫正法律制度,既是贯彻落实宽严相济刑事政策、维护社会和谐稳定的需要,也是提高罪犯教育改造质量、推进司法体制和工作机制改革的需要,同时,也顺应了国际社会刑事司法发展的趋势。分析我国社区矫正工作的现状与存在的问题,探讨改进的措施,对于发展和完善我国社区矫正工作具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Community Corrections is a product of criminal policy and penalty reform,it is also a new nonimprisonment penalty execution system and mode.Attention to human value and survival significance,especially the deep human solicitude to criminals,which is reflected by community corrections has become important task and mission which show rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Implementing Community Corrections system,not only is the need of implementing the criminal policy of tempered justice with mercy and maintaining social harmony and stability,but also is the need of improving the quality of educating and remolding criminals and propelling the reforms of judicial system and working mechanism.At the same time,it also complies with the trend of international criminal justice.Analyzing current situation and existing problems of our country＇s community corrections and discussing improvement measures have great influences on developing and consummating the community corrections of our country. |
