| 摘 要： | 保定市通过开展高校毕业生就业援助工作,解决了部分高校毕业生就业难的问题,对开发人力资源、促进社会稳定起到了一定作用。但受地方经济实力和就业援助理念偏差等因素的影响,保定市开展高校毕业生就业援助工作在具体实施过程中还存在一些问题,需要进一步加强有关部门和企事业单位的协调配合,通力合作,以提高高校毕业生就业援助工作成效。

| Abstract: | Through carrying on college graduates＇ employment assistance work, Baoding city has resolved some students＇ employment problems, which gained positive effects to develop human resources and promote social stability. But there are still some problems existing due to the weak local economy and wrongful employment assistance notions. Therefore, it is urgent for the different departments to corporate so as to improve efficiency of college graduates employment assistance work. |
