| 摘 要： | 通过对厦门市普通高校体育教师角色认知现状的研究表明,厦门市高校体育教师对自身角色有比较正确的自我认知。对知识的传授者、引导者、学者、学习者、指导者、学生的榜样、研究者等几种角色认同度较高;对人际关系的艺术家、反思者、集体的领导者、心理治疗者几种角色认同度较低。建议加强高校体育教师在职进修和培训,促进其专业化发展,不断增强其角色意识,提高其自我认知水平。
