摘    要:自组织教育是一种基于自组织系统论的教育观,其以基于系统论的后现代范式为导向,以自我组织、自我协同、自我激发为基本特征,强调内在性和教育者、受教育者和教育自身的能动性,并重视开放、丰富的价值;而与其相对的他组织教育基于传统机械论的科学观,以机械论的现代范式为导向,以控制为目的,重视教师、社会等外部指令的作用。

Abstract:Self- organization education is an educational outlook based on self- organization systematic theory, takes as a guide the post- modern mode based systematic theory, is characterized by self- organization, self- coordi nation and self- stimulation, stresses the inherence and the initiative of educ ators, the educated and education itself, attaches importance to open and abunda nt value; whereas other- organization education, its opposite is based on scien tific outlook of traditionally mechanical theory, takes as a guide the mechanica l- theory modern mode and the control as an aim, pays attention to the function s of external instruction like teachers and society.
