| Abstract: | according to the present condition of china's weight-lifting sport,the writer carries on a deep research and exploration on the training process of weight-lifting,which is based on the writer's practical experience as an professional weight-lifting athlete and license-granted coach in this field.The writer deems that the text books and the related resources of weight-lifting are obsolete.Breakthroughs and renovated actions need taken as long as survival carries on. |
