| 摘 要： | 中国传统法律文化与现代法治观念的冲突是阻碍社会主义法治国家建设进程的重要因素。本文试图分析中国传统法律文化与现代法治观念的冲突,根据中国现实,协调二者之间的冲突,形成当代中国的法治观念,以期更好地建设社会主义法治国家。
