| 摘 要： | 当前,非诉讼机制对于解决社会纠纷的作用开始受到人们的普遍关注,非讼解纷机制的诸种方式在社会纠纷的解决中也得到日益广泛的运用.文章以高校教育管理纠纷的非诉讼解决为研究主旨,提出了以非诉讼方式解决高校教育管理纠纷的理论依据及其现实可能,并对协商、调解、仲裁、申诉等非诉讼方式在高校教育管理纠纷解决中的适用予以阐析.

| Abstract: | Currently, the meanings of non-litigious mechanism to social disputes resolution have been attended generally by people and various forms of non-litigious mechanism have been applied widely in social disputes resolution. The thesis takes the non-litigious resolution to HEIs' educational management disputes as the research leitmotiv, puts forward the theory basis and realistic possibility of non-litigious resolution of HEIs' educational management disputes, and then makes an analysis of the application of non-litigious forms: negotiation, mediation, arbitration and appeal in HEIs' educational management disputes resolution. |
