| 摘 要： | 经济转型、具体制度变迁和具体经济制度创新三者是相互关联的关系。具体经济制度创新是中国经济转型顺利的重要因素，而当前经济转型的阶段性特点仍然需要具体经济制度的创新，制度变迁的规律和若干要素、具体经济制度变迁遗留的问题也需要具体经济制度创新。具体经济制度的创新路径可以从调整政府在制度创新中的角色定位、核心制度创新与配套制度创新相结合、自创式制度创新与借鉴改良式制度创新相结合等方面来展开。
