| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料法、实地访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，以上海市招收高水平运动队的17所高校为研究对象，从组织行为学角度来研究大学高水平运动队的组织结构设计、组织责任和组织制度，并从该视角来探讨和解决我国高水平运动队在发展中存在的问题及解决办法。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study, on-the-spot interview, questionnaire and statistics and taking the 17 universities that have high-level sports teams as the subjects, the paper discusses the design of the organizational structure, organizational responsibility and organizational system of the university highlevel sports teams from the aspect of science organizational behavior. And from this perspective, it tries to find out the solutions for the existing problems in the development of China＇s high-level sports teams. |
