| 摘 要： | 日本处理体育纠纷的方式主要通过仲裁和调停方式解决，为此还专门设立了具有独立地位的体育仲裁机构，并由体育仲裁机构制定了详细的体育仲裁规则和调停规则．由于我国至今尚未设立体育仲裁机构，更没有制定具体的仲裁和调解规则，致使体育仲裁制度无法真正确立，因此我国有必要学习和借鉴日本的经验，确立和完善我国体育仲裁和调解制度

| Abstract: | Arbitration and mediation are the main methods to resolve sport disputes in Japan. Therefore, a special independent sport arbitration agency was established. This agency has stipulated detailed regulations for sport arbitration and mediation. In China, no sport arbitration agency has been established, let alone detailed regulations for arbitration and mediation. We can obtain the revelation to China through the discussion of Japan's sport arbitration agency and its sport arbitration and mediation system. |
