| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展和高等教育规模的迅速膨胀,教学手段信息化建设已经成为高等教育教学改革的一种不可阻挡的必然趋势。而高校公共课程本身的特点决定了它在整个教育信息化改革中的重要地位和作用,本文比较系统地论述了教育信息化的基本理论以及公共课程教学手段信息化改革的必要性、可行性和具体的实施对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology and the expansion of the scale of higher education, it has been an inevitable trend to base the teaching media on imformation in the reform of higher education. As the features of common-required courses in colleges and universities determine their important positions and function in the information ?based reform of education, this article gives a systematic exposition of the basic theory of IT promotion in edeucation and the necessity and feasibility of the information-based reform in the teaching media of common-required courses, and offers the practical solution to the problems. |
