| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展已经成为当代教育研究的一个热门话题。在信息化水平越来越高的社会里，教师要充分发展自己，谋求职业发展和提升专业水平，需要培养如下基本能力：与他人交流与合作的交往能力：对教育思想的学习与实践的反思能力；对学生及教育活动的研究能力；获得、选择和利用信息的能力。教师具备了这些基本能力，有助于促进教师自我发展和自我实现，使教师走上专业发展的幸福之路。

| Abstract: | Teacher's professional development has become a popular topic in the present educational research.In an information society,if teachers want to seek the professional development,they need to foster the following abilities: the communication ability for exchanging and cooperating with others,the reflection ability for educational thought and practice,the research ability towards students and education activities and the ability to obtain,to choose and to use information.All of them will be very good for the teachers to have their professional development. |
