| 摘 要： | 大学制度文化是大学思想、精神、理念与各种规范、制度、机制的高度融合与良性互动。大学制度文化必须具有丰富的文化内涵和坚持“以人为本”的价值理念;必须体现教育公平,彰显教育人道主义,强化教育崇善。大学制度文化的特性决定了大学必须坚持“大学自治,教授治学,校长治校,政校分开”。为重新焕发中国大学的精神活力和创造力,我们要进一步解放思想,破除庸俗心态,用建设性探索清除至今仍在束缚我们的思想、观念和制度障碍,打通大学制度建立与设计的“卡夫丁峡谷”。
