| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、录像观察、专家访问等研究方法对篮球扣篮技术的起源及在我国的发展进行了历史回顾，认为：技术是战术的基础，随着扣篮技术在篮球比赛中的广泛运用，必然会产生一系列与之相应的战术配合。重视和发展扣篮技术，能推动我国篮球技术水平提高，吸引更多的观众观看篮球比赛，能有效推动篮球运动员身体素质的提高。把我国篮球运动员的速度和高度结合起来，行进间扣篮将是我国投篮技术发展的重要方向。

| Abstract: | Rim shot is a kind of skills of shooting in basketball. This article recalls the origin of rim shot and the history of its development by means of literature materias, video observation and visiting experts.It is suggested that skills are the basis of tactics, With the wide application of rim shot in the basketball games, a set of tactics cooperation around rim shot skills must come into form. lf rim shot are stressed and developed,the basketball shills in China can be improved;more and more people can be attracted to watch basketball games;the physical qualities of the players can be effectively enhanced. Therefore, it is an important direction to make rim shots while running and combine the players' speed and height in China. |
