| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、比较分析法和数理统计法等,对中、美体育教练员岗位培训体制进行对比分析。总结中国教练员岗位培训的问题和不足,吸取美国的教练员岗位培训体制中的成功经验,并针对中国的教练员培训的问题提出几点建议,促进教练员岗位培训工作的发展。

| Abstract: | Coaches job training is an important part of coaches training.This paper compares and analyses the coaches job training system between China and American on the basis of literature study,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics.This paper summarizes the problems and defects on the coaches job training,absorb the successful experiences from American coaches job training system,giving some advice direct at the problems of Chinese coaches job training in order to promote the development of Chinese coaches job training work. |
