| 摘 要： | 西汉时期,位于长安京畿地区的三辅郡虽有明确的疆界,但并非从来就辖有其边界以内的全部县邑.与三辅平行,一度还存在过一个隐形郡--"太常郡",管辖位于三辅之中的诸陵县.太常作为一郡至少存在了大半个世纪,对西汉尤其是关中地区的经济、政治、文化产生过深远的影响.

| Abstract: | In the Chang An capital area of the Western Han Dynasty,there are clear borders between the three counties.However,they can't manage all the areas in the capital area.An invisible county-Taichang once existed for more than half a century,which managed Zhuling county.It has a deep and long effect on the economy,politics and culture of Western Han Dynasty,especially Middle China area. |
