| Abstract: | Through explaining the meaning of microteaching,this paper discusses the composition and characteristics of microteaching.On this basis,this paper analyses the superiority of microteaching for training normal students,and points out several problems needing attention in the microteaching course,in order to better play the role of the microteaching,effectively improve normal students' teaching skills. |
