| 摘 要： | 我国人口众多，资源相对不足，生态环境脆弱。目前我国经济增长在很大程度上仍是依赖资源的高消耗来实现，导致资源的约束矛盾突出，环境污染严重，生态破坏加剧。21世纪头20年，我国要实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标，如果继续沿用粗放型的经济增长方式，资源将难以为继，环境将不堪重负。发展循环经济刻不容缓。文章从我国国情出发，系统分析了我国发展循环经济的必要性和可行性，并就如何发展循环经济提出了设想，以争取公众的理解与支持。

| Abstract: | In our country,there are large population and fewer resources as well as weak environment Nowadays economic development in China depends in a great extent upon high consumption of resources which results in the sharp controdiction of lack of resources,serious environmental pollution and more natural destruction During the first twenty years in this century China will realize its great goal to make the country into a fairly welloff one.If we continue to use the fallbehind method to make economy increase,we will use up the limited resources and nature will not be able to bear a heavy burden.It can't be too urgent to develop economy.The article,based on the situation of China,analyses the necessity and feasibility to promote economy in China It also offers the author's good idea on how to apply the theory of developing the economy in an endless cycle so as to gain the understanding and supporting from the publie |
