| 摘 要： | 技术标准作为一种重要的公共基础设施和技术政策工具，在当今世界作用日益突显。我国技术政策演进历程中，技术标准受到了越来越多的重视。两者之间不断互动强化推动了我国技术、经济的发展。但在技术标准管理体制、技术创新政策与标准杠杆及标准的引进和制修订等方面还有许多值得深入探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | As a kind of important public infrastructure and policy tool, technology standards are becoming more and more useful. In the developing process of China's technology policies, technology standards are increasingly being strengthened in order to promote the technology and economy of China. But there are still many problems need to be deeply discussed, such as the utility of standard leverage in making technology innovation policies, problems in standard formulation and action and international standard adoption, and so on. |
