| 摘 要： | 根据武术运动自身特有的规律和技术特点 ,运用优化设计理论 ,在武术教学中 ,通过系列过程优化模式教学 ,激发学生的学习兴趣 ,加深其对技术的理解 ,促进其技能的提高 ,以探求高效的武术教学法。实验结果表明 ,优化模式教学效果显著优于其它传统教学模式。

| Abstract: | Wushu teaching can be conducted in the process of optimum model which is based by the theory of optimum design and the own laws and technical features of Wushu sport, which can arouse students' interest in study, deepen their understanding and improving techniques. The aim of this study is to explore a most effective teaching method. The experimental result shows that the optimum model of Wushu teaching has achieved good results which is superior to the other traditional teaching models. |
