| Abstract: | The objective of building a well off society in an all around way is established in the 16th CPC Party Congress,it has drawn the magnificent blueprint for the social economic development of our country of the first 20 years in 21st century,and become the program of action for building the well off society in an all around way.To see clearly the goal,strategy and the issue of way of building a well off society in an all around way has great theory and realistic meaning. |
