| 摘 要： | 毕节，文化资源丰富，历史悠久，内蕴深厚，代不乏人。进入当代，文化赖以发展的物质基础、社会环境、传播条件发生了深刻变化，既为书法艺术的发展提供了更加广阔的空间，同时又面临新问题、新情况。毕节当前书法艺术发展过程中存在的主要问题有：由于书法实用功能的弱化，书法基础逐渐萎缩；受西方文化的冲击，传统艺术精神日益淡薄，继承不足；因功利思想的驱动，脱离汉字和书写的基本法度，浮躁的创作风气盛行；书法教育意识、批评意识淡薄，基础设施落后，城市文化元素缺失等。因此，从繁荣传统艺术、弘扬时代精神和保护民族文化、提升毕节文化竞争力的角度，毕节书法的发展，要得到政府的重视，开展对外交流活动，加强理论学术研究，重视书法教育，书法活动形式多样，把书法和城市文化建设结合起来。

| Abstract: | Bijie has rich cultural resources with long history and deep embodiment producing clusters of celebrities.Entering the present age, the culture depends the material base, the social environment, the dissemination condition which developed has had the profound change, both has provided a broader space for the art of calligraphy＇ s development and faced the new questions, the new situations.In Bijie, the current calligraphy art developing process exists the main questions, including a result of the calligraphy practical function attenu- ation because the calligraphy foundation withers, the utility thought actuation, separates the Chinese character and the written basic law,and the impetuous creation atmosphere is in vogue, calligraphy education conscious- ness and criticism consciousness are weak, the infrastructure is backward, civic culture element flaw and so on. Therefore,from the angle of the prosperity of traditional art, bringing honor to the spirit of the age and the protection national culture and promoting Bijie cultural competitive power, Bijie calligraphy development must obtain government＇s value, develop foreign exchange, enhance theory research, pay attention to calligraphy ed- ucation, making various calligraphy activities for combing calligraphy with city culture construction. |
