| 摘 要： | 在班级管理中应用诸子百家管理思想,目前已成为教学实践中备受关注和极为推崇的一种方式。文章认为,在班级管理中吸收借鉴儒、法、墨、道四家管理思想之所长,能够充分提升管理效能;吸收借鉴儒家"以德服人"的管理思想,能够树立人性化的班级管理方式;吸收借鉴法家"法治"的管理思想,能够夯实班级管理的规则基础;吸收借鉴墨家"兼相爱,交相利"的管理思想,能够推动形成互助互爱的和谐人际关系;吸收借鉴道家"无为而治"的管理思想,能够充分发挥学生的自主性和能动作用。

Discussion about the application of Confucianism,Legalists,Mohism and Taoism ideology on the class management |

| Abstract: | The hundred schools of thought is applied in the class management,which has become an attracted method in current teaching practice.It is suggested that we can fully improve management efficiency in the class management by learning the management thought of Confucianism,Legalists,Mohism and Taoism.Using the Confucianist idea of "win-over by virtue",the humanized class management was established.Introducing the legalists "rule of law" for management,the rule base of class management is stable.Absorbing Mohism "hold concurrently love each other,hand in bearing interest" idea for management,also can promote the formation of harmonious interpersonal relationship.In addition,the Taoist "governing on noninterference" management philosophy,can rouse the students’ autonomy and activity. |
