| 摘 要： | 高职管理类课程教学一直存在着重理论、轻实践的倾向,以致高职教学难以培养学生的专业操作技能。文章通过对项目教学法的阐释,根据《人力资源管理》课程具体特征,以其中的"企业人员招聘"教学项目作为典型案例分析,通过设计学习情境与相应的教学任务,详细介绍了项目教学的课堂组织实施情况,为推广应用项目教学法提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Management course teaching in Higher Vocational College always focus on the theory,Ignore the practice.Therefore the teaching of Higher vocational education is difficult to cultivate students’ professional skills.The paper analyz the important role played by project teaching method in the teaching project--"Enterprise staff recruitment" in the course of "Human Resource Management ".And through the design of learning environment and the corresponding teaching task,the paper introduce the details of project teaching organization and Implementation.The present work provides experience for the popularizing and applying of project-teaching method. |
