| 摘 要： | 在法治社会,成功的创业必不可少的一个要素是法律。大学生创业,必须懂得经济法律与法规,熟知并遵守市场竞争的规则,从而培养出自身在现代复杂社会中生存和发展的能力。因此,高职《经济法》课程应改变原有的教学模式,围绕创业过程而进行教学改革。

| Abstract: | In the legal society,the law is an indispensable element for successful enterprise.In entrepreneurial process,university student must understand economic laws and regulations,know and abide by the rules of the market competition,so as to develop their own survival and ability of development in the modern complex society.Therefore,the original teaching mode should be changed based on entrepreneurial process. |
