| 摘 要： | 分析影响装备经费规模与结构优化的主要因素,建立装备经费规模优化、全寿命角度装备经费结构优化和军兵种间装备经费结构优化三个因果关系图对各影响因素进行探讨,得到了各种因素相互影响的反馈机制和内在规律,为定量研究装备经费规模与结构优化提供基础。

| Abstract: | The main factors that affect optimizing equipment cost scale and structure were analyzed,and the influence factors were discussed by there causal relationship diagrams consist of optimizing equipment cost scale,optimizing equipment cost structure on life cycle and optimizing equipment cost structure on armed services,the international feedback mechanism and internal rule of the factors were found,which provide the foundation to quantitative study of optimizing equipment cost scale and structure. |
