| 摘 要： | 做好个性学生的教育转化工作,是一项长期而烦琐的任务。笔者认为从以下几个方面可以更好更有效的做好个性学生的教育转化工作,即了解学生,用心交流;因人而异,刚柔相济;善用私聊,求同存异;以退为进,快乐当先;表扬闪光,奖惩有驰。
