| 摘 要： | 项目在建设过程中各个阶段都面临着较大而多样的风险,尤其是在招投标及合同谈判阶段更为突出,因此招投标及合同谈判阶段存在的风险倍受工程建设领域关注,招投标人员及合同谈判专家应对风险进行有效的管理与控制,以达到回避或减少风险的目的。

| Abstract: | Various and great risks exist in every stages of project under construction,especially in the stage of bids and contract negotiation.Thus,the field of construction pay close attention to these risks.The paper claims that bidder and experts in contract negotiation should manage and control on risks effectively in order to avoid and minimize the risks. |
