| Abstract: | Through the comprehensively analyrizing status and the characteristics of the intellectual property right of the rubber machinery manufacturing industry,method of self-protection of intellectual property rights in China rubber machinery manufacturing industry were discussed,and become the passive protection for active protection,so as to enhance the level of intellectual property protection of chinese rubber machinery manufacturing industry. |
