弹性胀套的有限元分析及在检具中的应用

摘    要:文章分析了目前应用较广的几种弹性筒夹或弹性胀套结构形式及其优缺点,在此基础上提出一种特殊的弹性胀套,应用于大尺寸工件制造加工的工装夹具或检测圆周形位公差的量检具等场合。为确保设计合理、使用可靠,利用Solidworks的内嵌分析软件CosMosworks系统进行有限元接触分析,避免胀套弹性不足或产生塑性变形,以确定最优的结构形式。并以汽车制动器总成的摩擦片全跳动检具为例,阐述弹性胀套在检具上的应用,解决了其他类型胀套不易解决的问题,具有广泛的推广价值。

Finite element analysis of the elastic sleeve and application in Inspection tools
Abstract:This paper firstly analyzes the current widely used several elastic Clamp or elastic sleeve structure and its advantages and disadvantages,this paper proposes a special elastic sleeve,used in the manufacture of large size workpiece fixture or detect circumferential shape tolerance of gauge。To ensure that the design is reasonable,reliable use,use of Solidworks embedded CosMosworks system analysis software for FEM contact analysis,avoid the elastic sleeve viscoelasticity or plastic deformation,in order to determine the optimal structure。 And the inspection tools of whole run-out for the automobile brake assembly of friction plate as an example,seting forth the application of the special elastic sleeve in Inspection tools,to solve the other type elastic sleeves is not easy to solve the problem,having wide popularization value。
