| Abstract: | It is the interaction between the achievements of the Party's execution of power, ideology and the efficiency of Party's execution of power that provides Party's long-term execution of power with the law basis. With the change of social ecological circumstance, the law basis is faced with new challenges. The basis of economy, politics and culture must get further consolidated in order to ensure Party's long-term execution of power. |
