| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述法、比较分析法 ,对目前高校体育教育人才培养中的缺憾和新世纪高校体育教育专业人才培养目标与方向定位进行了论述。结果表明 ,高等体育教育专业 ,要适应新世纪人才市场的需要 ,就必需打破以往单一的培养模式 ,以社会需求学科体系 ,学生发展为基本培养框架 ,以优化课程结构体系 ,更新教学内容、拓宽课程设置、强化人文素质为基本依据 ,适应未来需要的厚基础、宽口径、高素质和重创新能力的复合型体育教育专业人才。

| Abstract: | By the methods of documents and comparing analysis the results show the major of physical education must break through the formerly momo-model, build new complex model to meet the market's need and to develop students' ability, optimize the system of course structure, renew teaching content, widen course number, and strengthen humanistic quality as a basic foundation. The future physical educational talents should be complex talents who comply with the demand of future society and have deep foundation, wide specification, high quality and creative ability. |
