UHF RFID电子标签的板级设计及实现

摘    要:论文在分析射频识别原理和特点的基础上,重点讨论了超高频射频识别系统中电子标签技术,并采用C8051F126单片机对超高频电子标签进行了板级设计及其实现,该设计是基于ISO18000-6C标准,为下一步设计出符合该标准的电子标签芯片提供了有力保证。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the basic principle and characteristics of RFID, tag technology of RFID system is discussed in detail. And then the authors design and implement the UHF tag at board level using single-chip of C8051F126. The design is based on ISO 18000-6C standard. Our design can ensure the chip design of tag with ISO 18000-6C standard strongly and provides references for establishing domestic standard of UHF RFID.
