2D C/C-SiC 复合材料钻削加工试验研究

摘    要:采用硬质合金麻花钻对二维正交编织结构碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料(2D C/C-SiC)进行了钻削试验研究。通过分析钻削的过程,研究了钻削加工参数对钻削轴向力、力矩以及孔加工质量的影响规律。结果表明:钻削加工参数对钻削轴向力及力矩影响很大,轴向力和力矩随着进给速度的增大逐渐增大,随着钻头转速的增加而减小。所以,采用较小的进给速度和较大的转速可以提高孔的加工质量。

Abstract:Carbide twist drill was used to drill two-dimensional orthogonal braided carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites (2D C/C-SiC). By analyzing the drilling process, the influence of drilling parameters on the drilling axial force and torque as well as the hole processing quality were studied. Results show that the drilling parameters have a great influence on the drilling axial force and torque. The axial force and torque gradually increase with the increase of feed, and decrease with the increase of bit speed. The processing quality of holes can be improved by using a smaller feed and a larger rotational speed.
