| 摘 要： | 洋务派官商合作的经济管理思想，是近代化企业初创时期的开拓之举，对社会经济发展有促进作用。但由于内部体制上官商矛盾的不可避免性，必然使企业缺乏生命力。加之官权的放大，封建势力的控制和勒索，此种经济管理思想的实践最终陷入困境。

| Abstract: | Foreign learners' thought of co-operation of official and business in economics and management is the beginning of modern times' business. It had promotion usefullness on the development of social economy. But because it was irremissible that there was contradiction between official and business the business was surely lack of living. In addition, the expansion of the official's right, the control and extortion of feudal power made the management thought get into trouble. |
